Volodymyr Pavlikov
Vice-Rector for Scientific Work of the University, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Pavlikov Volodymyr Volodymyrovych himself is still in the status of a young scientist and in 2020 received a named scholarship of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for young scientists-doctors of sciences for the work "Development of the statistical theory of synthesis of active, passive and active passive radars".
Along with fulfilling the duties of vice-rector, Volodymyr Volodymyrovych also manages to conduct scientific research on the topic "Development of the theory of ultra-wideband active aperture synthesis systems for high-precision remote sensing from high-speed aerospace platforms" and is the guarantor of the educational program "Radioelectronic Devices, Systems and Complexes".

Oleksiy Rubel
Oleksiy Rubel is a doctoral student and associate professor of the Department of Information and Communication Technologies named after O.O. Zelensky National Aerospace University "Kharkiv Aviation Institute". In 2016, he defended his candidate's thesis on the specialty 07.05.12 - remote aerospace research, in the current year he plans to defend his thesis for the degree of Doctor in Science of Technologies at the University of Tampere, Finland, and in 2022-2023 - a doctoral thesis.
He is the author and co-author of more than 60 publications, among which 40 are included in the scientific-metric database of Scopus, the H-index is 11 according to Google Scholar and 8 according to Scopus. Currently, his research interests are in the development of automated methods of processing visual data using elements of artificial intelligence and machine learning. He is the guarantor of the educational program "Artificial intelligence and information systems" of the bachelor's level in the specialty 126 "Information systems and technologies".

Olena Savchukа
Olena Savchuk is an associate professor of the Law Department of the Faculty of Humanities and Law and a candidate of legal sciences. In 2019, Olena Oleksandrivna won the first place in the nomination "Activity in the non-production sphere" in the city competition "Young Person of the Year", from 2020 she receives a scholarship of the Cabinet of Ministers for young scientists.
Along with performing the duties of a teacher and scientist, Olena is working on a doctoral dissertation on the specialty 12.00.06 "Theoretical and methodological foundations of the development of legal relations regarding the use and protection of the environment in the innovative sphere", the Department of Environmental Law of the National University of Law.

Olga Morozova
Olga Morozova is a professor of the department of computer systems, networks and cyber security, doctor of technical sciences, associate professor. At the age of 34, Olga Ihorivna defended her thesis for the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences on 05.13.06 - information technologies.
In 2016-2018, she received a scholarship of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for young scientists. In 2018, she received a scholarship of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration in the field of science named after G. F. Proskura. Took first place in the "Young Scientific and Pedagogical Worker" nomination of the professional skills competition "Ikari KHAI" (2020). Has a certificate in accordance with the All-European recommendation for language education in English. Olga Igorivna is also a member of the Ukrainian Scientific and Educational IT Society.

Semen Zhyla
Semen Zhyla - Head of the Department of Aerospace Radio-Electronic Systems, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor. Field of scientific interests: statistical synthesis of radio engineering systems and optimization of spatio-temporal signal processing. For the achieved scientific results, he received the following awards: a certificate from the president of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine B. E. Paton (2012); diplomas from international organizations IEEE, EuMA, Optical Society for the best reports at conferences in the period from 2015 to 2018; certificate of honor from Kharkiv Mayor G.A. Kernes (2018); 1st degree diploma for winning the competition "Young Innovator of Kharkiv Region" (2019); diploma from the head of the regional state administration Yu. O. Svitlichna (2019); thanks from the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine, Anna Novosad (2020); diploma of the winner of the competition "Best Young Scientist of Kharkiv Region" in the field of "Fundamental Scientific Research" (2020); recipient of the scholarship of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 2016 to 2022; laureate of the Verkhovna Rada award in 2019.
Along with performing the duties of the head of the department, he is the head of the research work "Fundamentals of the theory of designing aerospace cognitive radars with optimal spatio-temporal signal processing, extended viewing area and high spatial resolution".

Hanna Likhonosova Hanna
