The purpose and tasks of the project:
- to develop a master's program in "green technologies" in computing and communications for Ukrainian universities;
- to develop a doctoral program in "green technologies" in computing and communications for Ukrainian universities;
- to introduce a mechanism for improving the qualifications of Ukrainian lecturers;
- to create two incubators for the training of graduate students in the direction of "green technologies" of computing and communications in Ukraine. Areas of activity under the project:
- analyze and develop training modules on "green technologies" in computing and communications (GCC);
- to develop 4 master's courses and 7 postgraduate courses on "green technologies" in computing and communications (theoretical and practical material in areas such as FPGA computing / Wireless computing and communications / IT infrastructure, Smart Energy infrastructure);
- prepare and publish new educational materials, programs, manuals;
- prepare documentation for the purchase of hardware. To retrain lecturers according to the new methodology of teaching new courses and modules;
- launch pilot training of students on new courses/modules. Create 2 incubators for training graduate students in Ukraine;
- prepare a list of documentation for the creation and operation of incubators;
- perform quality control of the project;
- to distribute the results of the project.
Obtained results:
1. 4 master's courses on "green technologies" in computing and communications have been developed (theoretical and practical material in such areas as FPGA computing / Wireless computing and communications / IT infrastructure / Smart Energy infrastructure);
2. Developed 7 postgraduate courses on "green technologies" in computing and communications for 8 partner universities and 2 scientific institutes in Ukraine;
3. Systems of specialized training of theoretical, analytical and research skills have been introduced to create the above-mentioned modules for Ukrainian students and postgraduates;
4. 2 incubators for the training of graduate students in Ukraine have been created.
