Mykola Nechiporuk was born on November 10, 1952 in the village of Malevo, Rivne region. 

In 1973, he entered the Kharkiv Aviation Institute at the radio engineering faculty, majoring in "Design and production of radio equipment". After graduation, from 1979 he worked as an engineer at the Kharkiv Aviation Institute. In the same year, he became the director of the KHAI campus. "Already then, Mykola Vasyliovych proved himself as a caring owner," recalls the former chief accountant of KHAI Kolesnikova. - At that time, the level of stay in the hostels of the Khai was one of the best in the country".

In 1998, Nechiporuk became vice-rector for administrative and financial activities of Khai Khai. From the memories of Professor Fedorovych: "Nechiporuk began his journey of becoming a manager capable of responding to the challenges of the times in 1998. The period from the end of the 90s to the beginning of the 2000s was difficult for Khai. It was a time of self-identification and inclusion in a new system of social priorities and meanings, taking into account the breakdown of the social foundations of society." In those difficult times, Mykola Nechiporuk solved complex issues of financial and material support of higher education, establishment of contacts in the Ministry and regional administration. He performed these duties with success. At the same time, Nechiporuk was engaged in social work. From 1998 to 2010, he worked as a deputy of the Kyiv District Council of Kharkiv. From 2010 to 2015, he was a deputy of the Kharkiv City Council. From 2004 to 2018, he was the vice-rector for scientific and pedagogical work of the National Aerospace University "Kharkiv Aviation Institute". In his practice, several scientific studies: problems of integrated technologies of assembly and disposal of aircraft and other vehicles, technologies of protective coatings for aviation products and automotive engineering, modeling of ontologies and an ontological decision support system for the selection of impulse devices. Developed a management decision-making support system in higher education institutions, on the basis of which a computer decision-making support system was implemented in the university for the first time among higher education institutions of Ukraine.

Since 2017, acting rector of the Kharkiv Aviation Institute National Aerospace University.

Since 2018, the rector of Khai Khai. Nechiporuk worthily defends the main directions in the activities of our university: comprehensive training of specialists of various degrees in the specialties of aircraft and rocket engineering, cosmonautics, mechanical engineering, information technologies, as well as humanitarian fields - law, psychology, document studies, foreign languages; training and certification of scientific, scientific and pedagogical personnel; research work in the aviation and space industry and information technologies, cooperation with leading enterprises of the aerospace industry in Ukraine and abroad; specialization, advanced training, retraining of employees of Khai and other organizations; implementation of external relations, cooperation with leading higher scientific institutions of various countries, education of foreign students from 80 countries of the world.

Mykola Nechiporuk has more than a hundred scientific works, including monographs, textbooks, publications in foreign publications and publications included in the world scientometric databases. Mykola Nechyporuk - doctor of technical sciences (2012), professor (2011), Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine (2005), awarded with the "Excellence of Education of Ukraine" Badge (2002), certificate of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine "For services to by the Ukrainian people" (2013), several awards and certificates of honor: - Certificate of Honor of the Kyiv District Council of Kharkiv, 2002 (for many years of conscientious and fruitful work, high professionalism, active public activity in local self-government bodies); Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Education of Ukraine, 2005 (for many years of conscientious work, personal contribution to the training of highly qualified specialists, fruitful scientific and pedagogical activity and on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the educational institution); Thanks to the Chairman of the Committee of the Kharkiv Regional Organization of the Trade Union, 2005 (for the improvement of the collective agreement, significant contribution to the solution of socio-economic issues of university employees, creation of proper working conditions); Certificate of honor of the Kyiv District Council in the city of Kharkiv (for active participation in the development of local self-government, a significant contribution to the socio-economic development of the Kharkiv region, conscientious work and high professionalism, and on the occasion of the Day of Local Self-Government); Certificate of Honor of the Executive Committee of the Kharkiv City Council, 2008 (for significant labor achievements, personal contribution to the socio-economic development and development of the city of Kharkiv and on the occasion of the Independence Day of Ukraine, the Day of the City, the 65th anniversary of the liberation of the city from the fascist invaders); Certificate of Honor of the Kharkiv City Council, 2011 (for a significant contribution to the socio-economic development of the city, significant labor achievements, professional skill and on the occasion of celebrating the Day of the National Flag of Ukraine, Independence Day of Ukraine and the 357th anniversary of the city and the 68th anniversary of liberation cities from fascist invaders).
