The National Aerospace University provides public information based on the following documents:

Under the law, public information is reflected and documented by any means and in any media information that was obtained or created in the course of public authorities of their duties under applicable law or which is owned by subjects authorities, other managers of public information.

Public information is provided in response to an information request.

A request from a person for information is submitted in any form. It is necessary to specify:

- name and surname of the requester, postal address or e-mail address, as well as telephone number;

- a description of the information that the requester would like to receive (type, name, details or content of the requested document);

- signature and date.

In order to simplify the procedure of registration of written requests for information may provide a request by filling in the relevant forms of information requests.

At the National Aerospace University, by Order of the Rector №209a of September 12, 2014 and Order of the Rector №434 of October 1, 2018, Serhiy Gupalov, Legal Adviser of the 1st category, was appointed the person responsible for public information requests.

According to paragraph 2 of Part 1, Part 3 statt13 Law of Ukraine "On Access to Public Information" University as a legal entity, funded from the State budget, manages only information relating to its use of public funds.

Requests for access to personal data (regarding the size of the scholarship, the number of months in the academic year) must be made in accordance with the requirements of Article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" (in particular, specify details of identity documents).

Decisions, actions or inaction of the staff of the National Aerospace University to ensure access to public information may be appealed to the Rector of the University, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine or the court in accordance with Article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "On Access to Public Information".
