Congratulations on the publication of the textbook "Financial and Economic Literacy. Part 2: Banking system of Ukraine, general concepts of accounting, audit and economic analysis in a market economy "

"Financial and economic literacy" is a powerful scientific creativity of a purposeful team of financial scientists, regionalists and economists from Eastern, Western and Central Ukraine, represented by 14 universities of Ukraine (National Aerospace University named after ME Zhukovsky "Kharkov Aviation Institute", Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University, AN Beketov Kharkov National University of Municipal Economy, DVNZ "Pridneprovskaya State Academy of Construction Architecture, Zaporozhye Institute of Economics and Information Technologies, Ternopil National Economic University, Dneprovsky State Technical University, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Oles Honchar Dnipropetrovsk National University, DNUZ "Uzhgorod National University", DVNZ "University of Banking", National Technical University "Kharkov Polytechnic Institute", Kharkiv National University named after VN Karazin, Dnepropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs, Mr. .. Dnepr) and National Academy of Sciences, the public and organizations and accounting firms.

The second part of the textbook focuses on: the history of the development of banking in Ukraine, the formation and development of the banking system of Ukraine, the role of the bank in the modern economy, the main types of financial services in Ukraine; the general concept of accounting and its role in the management system of business entities; place and role of audit in the system of financial and economic control. Particular attention is paid to economic analysis as a branch of economic science.

Textbook "Financial and economic literacy. Part 1: The fundamentals of the national economy, the economy of the regions and the financial system of Ukraine "received the First Prize for the best scientific works in 2017 from the nomination" Textbooks "of the Academy of Sciences of Higher Education of Ukraine.

The textbook has an innovative character, which has no analogues in Ukraine. The textbook notes the development and implementation of national standards of financial and economic literacy, that is, aimed at addressing the pressing problem of formalizing the basic foundations of financial and economic literacy within the general system of national education.
