Stand equipment The department consists of 8 vacuum stands and installations equipped with vacuum chambers of various volumes.

The stands are used for conducting tests of various types of technological plasma generators, conducting research into plasma generation processes, and developing new technological processes.

All stands are equipped with power sources, equipment for researching parameters of plasma formations and integral characteristics of plasma sources under development.
