Project Management

The educational program ensures the acquisition of the competencies necessary for practical activities in the field of project and program management. Students learn to manage projects in accordance with the PMI PMBOK standard using methodologies (Agile, Scrum, TenStep, Lean, Kanban, Six Sigma, PRINCE2, P2M) and special information technology (MS Project, Primavera, Spider, Trello, Redmine, WorkSection, Jira).

Graduates are able to plan, organize and control project components in a multi-project environment, conduct project analysis, manage risks and quality of projects, develop project documentation, and provide motivation for project participants to achieve its goals in a timely manner with agreed cost and quality of work. Learning about modern management approaches gives students the ability to manage project management offices (PMOs) by managing project portfolios in a multi-project environment.
