Micro- and Nanosystem Engineering

The obtained education allows students to compete successfully in the modern labor market in such areas as design, production, service, computer modeling of micro- and nanosystem equipment, in particular, medical devices and systems.

Due to the high level of training in physics, mathematics, algorithmization and programming, hardware of biomedical research and other disciplines, graduates are qualified to:

- develop high-tech semiconductor and microelectronic devices and integrated circuits;

- use modern software for development of micro- and nanoelectronic devices;

- carry out basic installation and testing operations of semiconductor devices and integrated circuits;

- work with the latest technologies of manufacturing micro- and nanoelectronic devices, in particular, medical purposes, as well as integrated circuits.
