Management

The educational program is aimed at the management of industrial enterprises (for example, instrument-making, aviation, machine-building and other enterprises) in the context of enhancing their competitiveness, innovative development and investment activity under conditions of high variability of factors of the external and internal environment based on a synergistic approach, the implementation of which is based on evolutionary and behavioral concepts, organizational modeling, quality management systems and specialized information technology, energy efficiency management software.

The purpose of the program is to form a new generation of managers capable of performing professional activities on the basis of mastering fundamental management concepts and principles, able to think systematically and innovatively, to make effective decisions, to be guided by the principles of humanity and to solve practical problems and complex specialized problems in the sphere of organization management.
