Design and Production of Structures Made of Composite Materials

During the years of study, students acquire a comprehensive knowledge of the design, research and manufacture of composite construction of any complexity and purpose.

The objective of the bachelor's educational program – acquisition of competencies sufficient for solving specialized and practical tasks related to the development and production of composite structures of aeronautical and aerospace engineering, namely:

- design of typical structural elements and units of aeronautical engineering of composite materials (CM), as well as components and mechanisms of general mechanical engineering purpose;

- development of technological processes and technological equipment for the production of CM structures;

- selection and application of methods and means of non-destructive quality control and experimental determination of properties of composite structures and materials.

The study is based on traditional designs, which makes it easy to adapt to engineering work with any type of material.Collaboration with advanced composite enterprises gives students the opportunity to practically apply their knowledge in real production and pursue prospective careers.
