072 Finance, Banking and Insurance

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1392 of December 16, 2022, specialty 072 "Finance, banking and insurance" will be called 072 "Finance, banking, insurance and the stock market". Educational activity in the new specialty will begin on September 1, 2023.

The objects of activity of graduates of this specialty are the structure, principles, mechanisms of functioning and development of financial systems.

The purpose of training is to train specialists capable of solving typical specialized tasks and practical problems in the field of finance, banking and insurance, or in the process of training, capable of solving complex specialized tasks and applied problems, which are characterized by complexity and certain uncertainty of conditions, in a professional activities in the field of finance, banking and insurance and in the process of training and able to solve complex tasks and problems in the process of professional activity or training in the field of finance, banking and insurance, which involves conducting research and/or implementing innovations and is characterized by uncertainty of conditions and requirements.
