The department of information and communication technologies has existed for more than 40 years and currently trains specialists in the field of 172. telecommunications and radio engineering (specializations "Information communication networks" and "Telecommunications technologies"). Much attention is paid to both hardware and their software implementation. The department has a scientific school of adaptive stable digital processing of signals and images for various applications. The Center for Radioelectronic and Medical Devices and Technologies "KhAI-Medika" works at the department.
