The Department of Aircraft Engine Production Technology is an educational unit of the Faculty of Engine Engineering, focused on the training of highly qualified personnel in the field of mechanical processing technology, assembly and testing; specialists in 3D modeling and design of operations on modern machines with numerical software control, etc.

Staff training is carried out by an experienced professor-teaching staff. Among the teachers of the department are 2 doctors of science. The educational base of the department consists of 10 educational laboratories in which students acquire high professional competences in the field of modern aircraft engine construction and precision engineering.

Students studying the department's specialties are regular participants and winners of scientific development competitions and Olympiads. Scientific achievements of the department are world-class and widely known in the world scientific community.
