262 Law Enforcement
The objects of activity of graduates of this specialty are the legislation of Ukraine, which regulates the activities of law enforcement agencies; international and national standards for ensuring human rights and freedoms, law and order; principles of interaction with the population on the basis of partnership; basics of anti-corruption; procedure and grounds for the use of special equipment, special, operational and operational-technical means, information and search systems and databases; carrying out operational and investigative activities, countering the activity of illegal paramilitary or armed formations, organized criminal groups, countering illegal migration, fighting terrorism, implementing state policy in the field of cyber protection of state information resources and information; complex problems of ensuring public safety and order, protecting human rights and freedoms, as well as the interests of society and the state, combating crime, providing police services.
The aim of the training is the training of highly qualified specialists in law enforcement, capable of solving complex specialized tasks and practical problems of law enforcement, characterized by the complexity and uncertainty of conditions, and the training of specialists capable of identifying and solving complex tasks and problems in the field of law enforcement or in the process studies involving research and/or innovation and characterized by uncertainty of conditions and requirements.
Preparation is carried out at the Department of Law (Department 702)
