Our work is aimed at the support and development of start-up companies based on the technical developments of KhAI.

Business development and project management trainers will teach you how to implement an idea, promote a product on the market, develop and approve a business model and register your company.

The project implementation process from development to market entry has several stages:

- Initiation

You describe the idea, we evaluate all the possibilities and priorities of the project, we work out the legal aspects.

- Planning

We will help you find a team, determine the scope and tasks of the project, mark control points, identify possible risks and options for their prevention, as well as calculate the amount of necessary resources and find options for attracting investments.

- Implementation

Here we jointly monitor the progress of the project, make changes to the project plan, and at the end point receive the final product of the project.

- Completion

You bring the product of the project to the market.
