International Workshop of IT-professionals on Artificial Intelligence (ProfIT AI 2025) will be held online from Liverpool, UK. The workshop is jointly organised by the National Aerospace University “Kharkiv Aviation Institute”, the University of Liverpool, the V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. 

The 5th International Workshop of IT professionals on Artificial Intelligence (ProfIT AI 2025) focuses on the practical applications of cutting-edge research and real-world outcomes from international scientists and practitioners in the field of artificial intelligence. The workshop provides a platform for exchanging innovative ideas, sharing theoretical and practical research findings, discussing the current state of the AI industry, and fostering collaboration to accelerate the adoption of research results. We believe that the outcomes of this workshop will make a valuable contribution to the advancement of artificial intelligence. The workshop is supported by the Ukrainian scientific and educational IT society, Kharkiv IT Cluster and the Coordinating council of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine on Artificial Intelligence. 

Proceedings of the ProfIT AI 2025 shall be submitted to CEUR-WS.org for online publication. 

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

- Natural Language Processing;

- Computer Vision;

- Intelligent Systems;

- Intelligent Methods in Healthcare;

- Artificial Intelligence Ethics, Policy and Governance.

Submission:

Authors are invited to submit regular (10-15 pp.) and short (6-9 pp.) papers in English.

Requirements:

- no more than 2 articles from one author;

- no more than 6 authors per article;

- self-citation no more than 20%.

Your submission should be prepared using LaTeX Template or ODT Template (do not use MS Word for that, only Libre Office). All papers for participation in the conference (in PDF format) should be submitted via MCT

We invite the submission of original, unpublished research papers that have not been submitted for publication elsewhere. Participation in the conference is free of charge. All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by at least two independent reviewers, evaluating the work based on its technical quality, relevance, originality, significance, and clarity. If necessary, a third reviewer may be involved to ensure a fair assessment. The Program Committee will make acceptance decisions based on the reviewers' evaluations. Authors will be notified of the review outcomes via email, along with reviewer comments where available.

Only accepted papers which will be presented at the conference shall be submitted to CEUR-WS.org for online publication.
