WASIS

The main goal of the WASIS project is to develop a composite fuselage section using a wafer structure, which enhances aircraft safety in emergency situations and reduces structural weight through the use of innovative joining elements. The proposed concepts were validated on specimens and demonstrated on full-scale prototypes.
