Educational Program “Regional Economic Systems Administration”

The "Management and Administration of Regional Economic Systems" Master's Program represents the level of Advanced Macro-Regional Strategy & Economic Resilience. The Master's program transforms you from an executive manager into a Regional Development Strategist—an architect who builds self-sufficient and innovative economic clusters. Your scope of activity will encompass regional smart specialization strategies, territorial investment project portfolios, cross-border cooperation, and digital regional management platforms.

The goal of study is to form a Chief Development Officer (CDO) for territorial communities or a Strategic Policy Advisor capable of turning distressed areas into engines of economic growth. We will teach you spatial planning, regional finance and grant management, industrial park development methodology, and big data analytics for urban management. This is the domain of Territorial Intelligence & Wealth Engineering. You will learn to design systems where geographical advantages are converted into economic strength, becoming an architect of recovery and prosperity.

Your Master's superpower: You will develop Spatial Economic Vision and Investment Attraction Mastery—the ability to see territorial potential where others see ruins, alongside the skill to mobilize resources for executing large-scale infrastructure projects. Your professional Master's arsenal will include:

- Regional Strategy & Smart Specialization: developing unique regional development models based on competitive advantages.

- Project Management of Territorial Recovery: managing comprehensive programs for infrastructure recovery and community revitalization.

- Investment Policy & GR: fostering an attractive climate for domestic and foreign capital and engaging with international financial institutions.

- e-Governance & Smart Region: implementing intelligent systems for managing regional transport, energy, and social flows.

Our Master's graduates are heads of economic development departments in Regional State Administrations and large Amalgamated Territorial Communities (ATCs), top managers of regional development agencies, decentralization experts in international funds, and strategic consultants in urban planning and regional marketing.

Objects of professional activity for Master's graduates include strategic management of territorial development, scientific substantiation of regional economic models, development of socio-economic growth programs for communities, and expertise in public governance efficiency at the regional level.
