Participants in the academic mobility include participants of the University’s educational process, namely: applicants for the Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, applicants for the educational and scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), applicants for the scientific degree of Doctor of Sciences, academic and research staff, teaching staff, other participants in the educational process, as well as domestic and foreign participants and educational institutions (research institutions) involved in academic mobility programs.
The right to academic mobility may be exercised on the basis of international agreements on cooperation in the field of education and science, international programs and projects, cooperation agreements between the University or its main structural units and domestic/foreign higher education institutions (research institutions) and their main structural units. It may also be exercised on the participant’s own initiative, supported by the administration of the University where they permanently study or work, on the basis of individual invitations and other mechanisms.
Participants have the right to:
continue their studies or study individual academic disciplines, and conduct research at partner higher education institutions;
safe and non-hazardous learning conditions;
access to educational, research, industrial, and sports facilities of the host higher education institution;
participate in scientific conferences, symposia, exhibitions, and competitions, and submit their research works for publication;
recognition and transfer of learning outcomes (credits) obtained at the partner higher education institution, or recognition of research results in accordance with the established procedure;
receive a document confirming learning outcomes or the corresponding educational and qualification level in the format established by the partner higher education institution, if предусмотрено (provided for) by the student’s study program.
