Deadline for submitting documents to participate in the competition is one month from the date of the announcement publication in the newspaper «За авіакадри» and on the official University website.
A person wishing to participate in the competition must submit documents PERSONALLY to the HR Department.

For candidates participating in the competition for the first time:
- Application;
- Personal personnel record sheet;
- Copy of passport;
- Copies of higher education diplomas;
- Copies of scientific degree diplomas (if available);
- Copies of academic title diplomas (if available);
- Complete list of scientific works and/or educational, methodological, and educational-methodical publications;
- Report for the previous period of work;
- Materials on professional development over the last 5 years;
- Autobiography;
- Reference from the last or current place of work;
- Prospective individual plan;
- Consent to the processing of personal data.
For candidates participating in the competition due to the expiration of the previous competition term:
- Application;
- Complete list of scientific works and/or educational, methodological, and educational-methodical publications over the last 5 years;
- Report for the previous period of work;
- Materials on professional development over the last 5 years;
- Prospective individual plan;
- Consent to the processing of personal data.
