Today, a law enforcement officer is not just a patrol officer, but a Security Architect, an Intelligence Analyst, and a Cyber-Compliance Specialist. You are the one who creates a "shield" for the community, prevents systemic risks, and ensures the resilience of state institutions. The objects of your activity will be intelligent surveillance systems (Safe City), countering cybercrime, anti-terrorist strategies, and legal protection in critical situations.
The goal of training is to transform you into a "guarantor of stability" capable of operating effectively where others feel lost. We will teach you crisis management, tactical training, the psychology of influence, and OSINT (open-source intelligence) methodologies. This is the realm of High-Stakes Resilience & Public Safety Engineering, where you will master tools of detective work, information security management, and operational leadership. You will learn to transform chaos into order, becoming an architect of public peace.

Objects of activity for bachelor's graduates include public safety and order; prevention and detection of offenses; protection of property and legal interests of citizens; as well as the application of specialized security equipment and technologies.
