The Fulbright Graduate Student Program offers studies at U.S. universities for one to two years to earn a master's degree for senior undergraduate students and recent graduates of higher education institutions.
Fields of study: humanities, social sciences, exact sciences, engineering, and natural sciences.
Applications in areas such as accounting, auditing, logistics, management, marketing, business, business administration, and clinical medicine are not considered. Additionally, under the Program rules, obtaining medical practice licenses during studies in certain fields is not permitted.
Eligibility requirements:
- Must be a Ukrainian citizen and reside in Ukraine during the competition period.
- Must have sufficient English proficiency for professional communication in an English-speaking academic environment.
- Must hold at least a bachelor's degree at the time of the scholarship award (August 2027).
- Must return to Ukraine for 2 years after the completion of the grant, according to the J-1 visa requirements for exchange program participants.

- Round-trip airfare
