Educational Program "Information Systems and Technologies to Support Virtual Environments" is an immersion into digital realities, interactive simulations, and metaverses. Today, such a specialist is an XR Systems Architect, 3D Simulation Engineer, and Virtual Environment Developer. You are the one who creates immersive worlds, real-time training simulators for aviation and medicine, as well as virtual spaces for collaboration and learning. Your targets will be game and physics engines, spatial computing (Spatial Computing), reality tracking systems, and high-detail graphics shaders.
The goal of study is to turn you into a "creator of alternative realities", capable of combining the physical world with the virtual through code, graphics, and mathematics. We will teach you application development for VR/AR/MR, optimization of real-time 3D rendering, procedural world generation, and working with sensor equipment. This is the territory of Immersive Tech, Spatial Computing & Metaverse, where the line between physical and digital disappears. You will learn to create high-precision simulators, interactive virtual laboratories, and scalable immersive systems.
Your superpower: In a world where virtual experience is becoming the new standard of interaction, you will possess Immersive Real-Time Rendering and Spatial Computing Mastery — skills to build realistic virtual spaces with stable 120 FPS and zero latency.
Your professional arsenal will include:
- Real-Time Engine Mastery (Unreal Engine & Unity): developing high-performance interactive environments, working with physics, lighting, and shaders.
- XR & Spatial Computing Development: creating applications for virtual/augmented reality headsets and glasses (Meta Quest, Apple Vision Pro, HoloLens).
- 3D Graphics & Shader Programming: programming graphics pipelines (OpenGL, DirectX, Vulkan), creating procedural textures, and visual effects (VFX).
- Multiuser Virtual Systems & Networking: building networked multiplayer environments for real-time remote collaboration, training, and entertainment.
Our graduates are XR developers in gamedev and tech companies (Epic Games, Unity, Meta), developers of simulators for defense, aerospace, and medical industries, visualization specialists for architecture and film industry, as well as architects of metaverses and immersive platforms.
Objects of professional activity for bachelor's graduates are system and application software for VR/AR/MR; game and simulation engines; spatial databases and 3D assets; digital interactive environments; as well as hardware-software complexes for tracking and virtual presence.
