Educational Program “Design, Manufacturing and Certification of Aircraft”

The "Design, Manufacturing and Certification of Aircraft" Master's Program represents the level of Aviation Systems Architect and Global Compliance Lead. The Master's program transforms you from a component designer into a strategist who manages complex aviation projects from concept to entry into global markets. Your scope of activity will encompass complex integrated air-to-ground systems, validation strategies for unmanned fleets, and the implementation of digital airworthiness standards in the era of Industry 5.0.

The goal of study is to form a Chief Certification Engineer and R&D Manager capable of navigating the most complex technological and regulatory barriers in the aviation industry. We will teach you how to develop certification test programs for innovative aircraft (including eVTOL and hydrogen-powered aviation), manage risks at all production stages, and integrate Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). This is the highest level of engineering diplomacy and calculation. You will learn to transform complex technical solutions into certified masterpieces authorized to fly anywhere on the planet.

Your Master's superpower: You will develop Strategic Airworthiness Management and Total Quality Engineering—the ability to guarantee absolute safety and competitiveness of aircraft equipment. Your professional Master's arsenal will include:

- Advanced Structural Integrity & Aeroelasticity: predicting structural behavior under critical loads and vibrations.

- Digital Thread & PLM Strategies: creating a unified digital data stream for a product—from design through to maintenance and service support.

- Complex Systems Certification: validating intelligent flight control systems (Avionics) and software according to DO-178C standards.

- Eco-Manufacturing & Life Cycle Assessment: designing environmentally neutral manufacturing cycles for the aviation of the future.

Our Master's graduates are technical directors of aircraft manufacturing holdings, lead certification experts in international design organizations, heads of quality departments at Boeing, Airbus, and Antonov, as well as leaders of startups reshaping urban air mobility.

Objects of professional activity for Master's graduates include certification specifications and standards (CS, FAR), flight safety management systems, scientific substantiation of new structural solutions, and strategic management of aviation production facilities.
