Educational Program "Design and Production of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles" involves creating "wings" that will change the rules of the game in the sky. Today, an unmanned systems engineer is a UAV Architect and a Composite Tech Master. You are the one who turns an idea into an ultra-lightweight and durable vehicle capable of executing missions where humans cannot. The objects of your activity will include FPV drones, reconnaissance wings, heavy bombers, and loitering munitions that combine speed, stealth, and intelligence.
The goal of training is to turn you into a "designer of autonomous aviation," capable of following the path from initial sketch to mass production. We will teach you how to calculate aerodynamic characteristics, design airframes from carbon and fiberglass, and integrate engines and communication systems. This is the most relevant mix of classical aviation and modern Rapid Manufacturing. You will learn to create technology that works here and now, becoming part of the country's defense and technological shield.
Your superpower: In a world ruled by drones, you will master Lightweight Structural Design and Production Scalability—skills in creating vehicles that are easy to scale in production and hard to shoot down in the sky. Your professional toolkit will include:
- UAV CAD/CAE Modeling: designing airframes with ideal streamlining and minimal weight.
- Advanced Composites Technology: working with vacuum infusion and prepregs to create "indestructible" hardware.
- Payload Integration: mounting cameras, thermal imagers, and specialized equipment with ideal mass balance.
- 3D-Printing & Prototyping: instant manufacturing and testing of new structural elements in a matter of hours.
