eō Business Incubators

eō Business Incubators and the U.S. Department of Commerce Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) are launching a 4-month incubation/acceleration program for Ukrainian tech startups.

“eō” is Ukraine's #1 incubation program for tech startups, whose alumni have already reached a total valuation of over $140 million.

Its affiliated entity, the Ukraine Phoenix Tech Fund, is a €50 million venture fund—the first institutionally backed fund focused exclusively on Ukrainian non-military tech startups.

Global Incubation Program:

- 4-month program with online meetings 2–3 times per week;

- open to all stages of development—from idea stage to late seed stage;

- participation is free, but founders and key team members must be fully committed to participating and successfully completing the program;

- connects you to international know-how, networks, and capital, enabling your startup to compete globally and be investment-ready, while supporting Ukraine's economic resilience;

- each team will also receive personalized advice from experienced mentors focused on building the strongest businesses.

Who can apply:

- founders of tech startups (software, apps, platforms, hardware, and other scalable tech products) with global ambitions; all types of technologies at any stage are eligible;

- teams willing to actively collaborate for 4 months, aiming to build a sustainable, fast-growing business and prepare for international investment.
