On March 20, the IV All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference with International Participation "Current Issues of Physical Education, Sport, Healthy Lifestyle and Quality of Life of Various Population Groups" successfully took place at KhAI. The event was organized by the Department of Physical Education, Sport, and Rehabilitation (802).
Despite current challenges, the conference became a powerful platform for exchanging experience among scientists, coaches, and industry specialists.
The event was held remotely and brought together representatives of the scientific community of Ukraine and the European Union:
- 162 specialists joined the work, including academic staff, coaches, postgraduate students, and students;
- based on the results of the conference, 103 report abstracts were prepared;
- in addition to representatives from many cities across Ukraine (Kharkiv, Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Kropyvnytskyi, Lutsk, Uzhhorod, Poltava, etc.), partners from Poland (cities of Gdańsk, Starogard Gdański, and Grudziądz) took an active part.
The conference was opened by the Chairman of the Organizing Committee, Acting Rector of KhAI Professor Oleksii LYTVYNOV. Welcoming remarks were delivered by representatives of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, university leadership, and leading scientists from Polish partner institutions.
Scientific discussions unfolded across four specialized sections:
1. Physical Education and Physical Activity: discussions on the digitalization of learning, implementation of personalized approaches, and new methodologies in schools and higher education institutions.
2. Athlete Preparation and Urban Sports: from innovative tools for automated fitness monitoring to the century-long evolution of the Olympic Games.
3. Physical Rehabilitation and Quality of Life: special attention was devoted to the rehabilitation of military personnel and athletes, physical therapy, and psychological resilience during wartime.
4. Social Adaptation and Inclusion: addressing issues of barrier-free learning and resocialization of individuals with special educational needs through sports.
As a result of the conference, an electronic collection of scientific abstracts was compiled, making a significant contribution to the development of modern sports science. All conference participants received personalized certificates.

File names should contain the surname and initials of the primary author, for example: Ryadova_L_O_abstracts; Ryadova_L_O_application.
Following the conference, conference materials will be distributed via email: a collection of abstracts and an electronic certificate of participation.
