The Academic Council of the University is a collegial governing body established to make coordinated decisions on matters within the competence of the University as a state educational and scientific institution, to discuss the main directions of its activities, to implement its assigned tasks, as well as to determine its development strategy, and to draft and adopt regulatory documents governing the internal life of the University, scientific, and scientific-pedagogical activities. The procedures for the Academic Council’s work and the principles of its organization are defined by the Laws of Ukraine “On Education”, “On Higher Education”, “On Scientific and Scientific-Technical Activities”, by the orders and directives of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the University Charter, and the Regulations on the Academic Council of the National Aerospace University.
