The objects of activity for graduates of this specialty include the entire sphere of public management and administration; principles and patterns of functioning of the public management and administration system as a set of institutions of state governance, local self-government, and civil society in accordance with their assigned functions and powers; relations, phenomena, processes, models, and mechanisms characterizing manifestations of public management and administration at the supreme, central, regional, and local levels.
The educational goal is to train specialists in public management and administration capable of solving complex specialized tasks and practical problems in the field of public management and administration or during the learning process.
