Specialty 121 «Software Engineering» prepares specialists in the full development lifecycle, design, testing, support, and evolution of software systems (from mobile applications to large-scale cloud and enterprise platforms).

Main Study Areas:

Software Development: architecture design, clean code writing, and application of modern development patterns (Full-stack, Backend, Frontend).

Requirements Engineering and Software Architecture: gathering client requirements, designing system structures, databases, and application programming interfaces (APIs).

Software Quality Assurance (QA/QC): automated and manual testing, defect tracking, ensuring codebase reliability and security.

Software Project Management (Agile/Scrum): team development methodologies, schedule control, versioning, and CI/CD (DevOps).
