The objects of activity for graduates of this specialty are law as a social phenomenon and the specifics of its application based on legal values and principles rooted in human dignity and the rule of law. The study of law and its sources is based on legal doctrines, values, and principles centered on human rights and fundamental freedoms.
The goal of training is to develop the ability to solve complex specialized tasks in the field of law with an understanding of the nature and content of its main legal institutions, as well as the limits of legal regulation of various social relations, and to acquire the ability to solve complex tasks and problems in the areas of law-making and law enforcement and/or during the learning process, which involves conducting research and/or implementing innovations under uncertain conditions and requirements.
