According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1392 dated December 16, 2022, specialty 076 "Business, Trade and Exchange Activities" is renamed to 076 "Business and Trade".

The objects of study for students of this specialty are activities related to the organization and functioning of entrepreneurial, trade, and stock exchange structures carried out to achieve economic and social results, as well as the activities of business entities within entrepreneurial, trade, and/or stock exchange structures regarding the production and circulation of goods and services, aimed at ensuring their effective management and development.

The goal of training is to prepare highly qualified specialists capable of solving practical problems and complex specialized tasks in entrepreneurship, trade, and stock exchange activities, as well as those capable of solving complex tasks and problems in the field of entrepreneurship, trade, and stock exchange activities during the educational process, involving research and/or innovation under uncertain conditions and requirements.
