Project goals and objectives:

- develop a Master's program in green computing and communications for Ukrainian universities;

- develop a doctoral program in green computing and communications for Ukrainian universities;

- implement a professional development mechanism for Ukrainian lecturers;

- create two incubators for training doctoral students in green computing and communications in Ukraine.

Project activity areas:

- analyze and develop training modules in green computing and communications (GCC);

- develop 4 Master's courses and 7 doctoral courses in green computing and communications (theoretical and practical materials in areas such as FPGA computing / Wireless computing and communications / IT infrastructures, Smart Energy infrastructures);

- prepare and publish new educational materials, curricula, and study guides;

- prepare documentation for hardware procurement; perform retraining of lecturers according to the new methodology for teaching new courses and modules;

- launch pilot training for students in the new courses/modules; establish 2 incubators for doctoral training in Ukraine;

- prepare the set of documentation required for establishing and operating the incubators;

- carry out project quality control;

- disseminate project results.

Achieved results:

1. Developed 4 Master's courses in green computing and communications (theoretical and practical materials in areas such as FPGA computing / Wireless computing and communications / IT infrastructures / Smart Energy infrastructures);

2. Developed 7 doctoral courses in green computing and communications for 8 partner universities and 2 research institutes in Ukraine;

3. Implemented systems for specialized training in theoretical, analytical, and research skills for creating the above-mentioned modules for Ukrainian and Russian students and doctoral candidates;

4. Created 2 incubators for doctoral training in Ukraine.
