Awarded to young scientists for significant scientific achievements obtained during the conduct of fundamental and/or applied scientific research.
Awarded to the author (team of co-authors) once. In the case of awarding the Prize to the team of co-authors, its monetary part is divided equally between the co-authors.
Persons who have been awarded the Prize of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine are awarded the title of laureate of the Prize of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Young Scientists and are presented with a diploma and a breastplate of the established sample in a solemn atmosphere by the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or, on his behalf, by the First Deputy or Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
