In 2005, he graduated from the M. E. Zhukovsky National Aerospace University "KHAI" and received the qualification of an engineer in the field of electronics and telecommunications (diploma of KHA No. 27417756). From 2008 to 2011, he studied at the full-time postgraduate course of the M. E. Zhukovsky National Aerospace University "KHAI" in the specialty 05.13.22 "Project and Program Management", and after successful completion and defense of his dissertation, he received a scientific degree - Candidate of Technical Sciences in the same specialty (diploma of DK No. 004979 dated May 17, 2012). Chairman of the Committee of the Primary Trade Union Organization of Students and Postgraduates of KHAI. Pronchakov Yu. L.'s many years of professional and public activity have been marked by many awards of the city and regional scale.Since August 1, 2017, Pronchakov Yu. L. has held the position of Dean of the Faculty of Software Engineering and Business.During the period after the defense of his PhD thesis, 38 works have been published, namely: two monographs, one textbook, 25 scientific articles (four in a journal indexed in scientometric databases), 10 abstracts of reports (one published in collections indexed in the scientometric database Scopus).Awarded with diplomas from the Kharkiv City Council and the Kharkiv Regional Council, repeatedly won in professional skill competitions of Khai.
