During the execution of the research project, the following scientific and technical tasks will be accomplished:
- development of a methodology for enabling communications and overcoming hazardous environments (HEs) using mobile intelligent systems (MIS);
- development of methods for parameter identification and modeling, as well as planning of communication organization and route planning in hazardous environments;
- development of software tools for parameter identification and modeling, and for planning communication organization and route planning in hazardous environments.
