During the execution of the research project, the following scientific and technical tasks will be accomplished:
- fabricated an experimental prototype of equipment for spraying coatings from metallic and metal-ceramic composite powders;
- obtained dependencies of the physical and mechanical properties of the resulting coatings (adhesion strength, microhardness, porosity, powder utilization rate, etc.) on the spraying parameters;
- developed technological recommendations for the spraying regimes;
- provided recommendations for the creation of an industrial-scale version of the equipment and for the modernization of existing equipment.
