During the execution of the research project, the following scientific and technical tasks will be accomplished:
- developed models of technological systems operating within a unified CAD/CAE/CAM information environment, integrating reverse engineering technology for reproducing the profile and constructing an analytical reference of a damaged part, manufacturing technological tooling from a digital master using additive technologies, and subsequent subtractive finishing;
- proposed improvements to existing or implementation of new elements of technological systems aimed at reducing production preparation time and ensuring rapid fabrication of objects based on the reproduced master with defined quality indicators;
- created mathematical models and performed analyses of the optimal parameters of part forming processes under various loading schemes in stamping tooling.
