The European Investment Bank, together with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, has launched a loan operation co-financed by the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO) and the Eastern Europe Energy Efficiency and Environment Partnership («E5P Fund»), aimed at providing financing for a long-term investment program in energy efficiency for educational, research, and support facilities of selected Ukrainian universities.
Employer and Initiator: The initiator of the project is the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (Initiator), with the final beneficiaries of the service contracts being the following 4 Ukrainian universities (Employers):
- O.M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy in Kharkiv
- National Aerospace University “Kharkiv Aviation Institute” named after M.Ye. Zhukovsky
- Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv
- National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy”
