Registration for the Unified Entrance Exam (UEE) and the Unified Professional Entrance Exam (UPEE)

Taking into account the martial law in Ukraine and in order to ensure the safety of applicants, the registration of applicants for taking the unified entrance exam (EVE) and the unified professional entrance test (EFVV) will take place in both remote and in-person formats.

Registration begins at 9:00 AM on April 23 and ends at 6:00 PM on May 14, 2026

The additional registration period for participants who did not register during the main registration period will last from May 26 to May 28, 2026.

For successful remote registration, follow this algorithm.

1. Prepare a set of scanned or photocopies of registration documents:

- completed application form for issuing the examination sheet with your qualified electronic signature applied;

- identity document specified in the application form;

- document confirming information about the registration number of the taxpayer's account card (RNOKPP), or a document confirming the reason for not including RNOKPP information in the application form;

- document on the obtained higher education degree (for persons who completed their studies in previous years);

- photograph for documents (color or black-and-white) with an image corresponding to the current age of the applicant (photo format .jpg or .png, file size no more than 1 MB);

- medical conclusion according to primary accounting documentation form 086-3/o (if special conditions need to be created for taking entrance tests).

When filling out the application form with the information necessary for issuing the examination sheet, prospective master's students must specify a location in Ukraine or a location abroad where they wish to take the EFVV and/or EVE, the name of the foreign language in which they wish to take the EVE, and the name(s) of the EFVV (accounting and finance, management and administration, law and international law, information technology, economics and international economics, political science and international relations, psychology and sociology, pedagogy and psychology, linguistics, art history).

To take the EFVV, you can select testing in no more than two subject areas.

We emphasize that abroad we have limits on the number of participants who can take the tests. Therefore, if the available seats in a certain locality of a certain country are exhausted, it will become unavailable for selection.

Please note! The additional session of entrance examinations for master's programs will be organized only on the territory of Ukraine.

The applicant has the right to make changes to registration data by re-registering within the time allocated for registration.

To re-register, the participant must contact the selection committee that registered him/her for participation in the entrance test and return the previously issued examination sheet for cancellation.

If during the re-registration process the applicant wishes to change personal data, he/she must provide document(s) confirming the change of personal data.

Please also note that there is a limited number of seats in specially equipped computer centers provided by international partners. Therefore, if seats in a particular city run out, it will become unavailable for selection. We advise you not to delay registration.

2. Send scanned copies or photocopies of registration documents to the email address of the faculty selection committee.

Before sending the email, be sure to verify the correctness of the data specified in the application form.

3. Receive a scanned copy of the examination sheet.

A representative of the selection committee will check the availability of the necessary documents for registration and the correctness of their execution.

In case of successful registration, a scanned copy of the examination sheet will be sent to the participant at the email address specified in his/her application form. The original examination sheet will be stored at the selection committee. If the participant finds errors in the examination sheet, he/she should contact the selection committee.

The issued examination sheet can be obtained in person by contacting the selection committee, or by postal service (Nova Poshta), if the participant indicated such a need in the application form.

If the examination sheet does not arrive at the address specified in the application form two weeks before the start of the entrance examinations, the participant must contact the selection committee to which he/she sent the registration documents for relevant clarifications.

For registered participants, an information page “Participant's Personal Account for Master's Entrance Examinations” has been created on the website of the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment, access to which is carried out using the examination sheet number and the PIN code specified in it.

By June 19, participants registered for the main session of entrance examinations will receive invitation-passes on their information pages indicating the date, time, and location of testing, and by July 28 – participants of the additional session.

EET (ЄВІ) and EFVT (ЄФВВ) will take place in two sessions:

main: June 26 – July 14;

additional: August 03–21.

Information on the results of the main session on a 100–200 point scale will be posted on the participants' information pages by July 23, and for the additional session – by August 21.

If an applicant for certain reasons cannot take part in the entrance examination(s), he/she must, no later than three weeks before the main session of the relevant entrance examination, send the previously received examination sheet and an application for cancellation of registration, certified by personal signature, by mail (or in person) to the corresponding regional center.

Reminder: for admission to any field of study / specialty (regardless of the mode of study ー full-time or part-time, state-funded or tuition-based, etc.), you must take the EET (ЄВІ).
