Upon dismissal at own request according to Art. 38 of the Labor Code of Ukraine, the application to the Human Resources Department is submitted PERSONALLY 2 weeks before the specified date of dismissal.
Upon dismissal upon expiration of the term of the employment contract, a memo from the head of the unit or a personal application from the employee regarding dismissal for this reason is submitted to the Human Resources Department in advance, but no later than two weeks before the expiration of the employment contract (for timely settlement with the employee).
