The Ministry of Education and Science announces a competition for the position of Rector of the National Aerospace University.
Citizens of Ukraine who are proficient in the state language at the level defined by the National Commission on State Language Standards (full proficiency in the state language of the first or second degree), have an academic title and scientific degree, and have at least ten years of experience in academic positions may participate in the competition.
The application period is two months from the date of publication of the announcement on the official website of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
Applicants wishing to participate in the competition must submit the following documents:
an application for participation addressed to the founder, indicating whether the restrictions established by Part Two of Article 42 of the Law of Ukraine “On Higher Education” apply to the applicant;
personal record sheet with a 3 x 4 cm photograph;
an autobiography;
copies of documents on higher education, academic degree, and academic title;
a medical certificate of preliminary, periodic, and unscheduled psychiatric examinations, including regarding the use of psychoactive substances, issued in accordance with the Procedure for conducting such examinations, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No. 651 of April 18, 2022, registered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 15, 2022 under No. 648/37984 (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 50, p. 70, Article 2448);
a certificate of criminal record (extract from the information-analytical system “Record of Information on Bringing a Person to Criminal Liability and the Existence of a Criminal Record”);
a passport copy certified by the applicant;
a copy of the employment record book (if available) and/or other documents confirming work experience, or data on employment from the register of insured persons of the State Register of Mandatory State Social Insurance in the prescribed manner;
a copy of the state certificate confirming proficiency in the state language issued by the National Commission on State Language Standards;
a certified copy of the lustration check results issued by the authority that conducted the check, or a written statement addressed to the founder declaring that the prohibitions defined by Part Three or Four of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On Lustration” do not apply to the applicant, using the form approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 563 of October 16, 2014, as well as consent to undergo the check and to publish information about the applicant in accordance with the Law.
Copies of documents submitted by the applicant (except for the passport copy) may be certified at the applicant’s place of work, by the founder, or notarized.
