The programme provides study of the fundamentals of research work in the field using the methods and technologies of economic sciences, acquisition of relevant knowledge and competences taking into account the latest advances in economics, and in-depth knowledge of modern models, methods and techniques for analysing and evaluating data in economic systems to manage complex processes and objects (production, the economy, etc.).
The exclusivity of the programme stems from its focus on combining professional training with mastery of modern economic research tools, based on advanced techniques for complex objects of the aerospace industry (aerospace equipment, its production and the management of related business processes) and for critical objects of the national economy that require economic analysis, forecasting, collection, storage and processing of information, high information-security requirements and real-time management.
National Aerospace University «Kharkiv Aviation Institute» has established a scientific and pedagogical school and trained highly qualified academic staff to deliver the educational and scientific programme for training Doctors of Philosophy with a focus on applying social and behavioural sciences to high-tech enterprises.
