The event included the VI International Forum of Young Scientists' Councils "Science without Borders", dedicated to discussing modern mechanisms for funding science, supporting research careers, developing international cooperation, and finding new ways to motivate young people to engage in scientific activity in the war and post-war period.
At the first panel discussion — "Financial Support for the Development of Science and Education" — Oleksiy Bondarenko, a member of the Council of Young Scientists of Kharkiv Academy of Sciences, Assistant Professor of the Department of Aircraft Engine Design, delivered a report "Young Scientists and Industry: Formats of Cooperation in the Aviation Industry." He shared his own experience of cooperation between science and industry, outlined key success factors, and possible ways to stimulate young scientists.
