On September 3, a working meeting of representatives of the National Aerospace University "Kharkiv Aviation Institute" and the agro-industrial holding "Astarta-Kyiv" took place. They talked about how to make cooperation between the university and a large manufacturing company practical and useful, first of all, for KhAI students.
One of the main areas is production and pre-graduate practice directly at the enterprises of "Astarta-Kyiv".
The company unites enterprises of agricultural production, sugar industry, grain elevators, soybean processing, bioenergy and protein production in Poltava, Vinnytsia and Khmelnytskyi regions. For students, this is an opportunity to see modern production not in theory, but from the inside - to work with real technologies and test their engineering knowledge in practice.
They separately discussed dual education and automation of production processes, training specialists for the real needs of enterprises. Among the ideas are the creation of a production base where students will be able to obtain working qualifications, the involvement of Astarta specialists in teaching individual educational components and minors, as well as joint scientific and engineering projects.
That is, it is not just about practice. University knowledge should meet with real technologies and real production tasks even during training.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed to work out specific areas of cooperation and identify Astarta-Kyiv enterprises that can become bases for practical training of KhAI students.
