About 40 11th grade students from the Boyko Author's School Lyceum and the Kharkiv Scientific Boarding School Obdarovannyst, together with their teachers, visited the university to see with their own eyes how a modern aerospace university lives.
The tour took place at the locations of the faculties, located in the safe space of the main building and the building of the Faculty of Aircraft Engineering - and it was not just a walk, but a real immersion in the world of science and technology.
What did the students see and learn?
- were able to see real space technologies and hold a mini-satellite in their hands
- figured out how modern drone control systems work
- tried their hand at an electronic shooting range
- took a "flight" on a unique aviation simulator under the supervision of professional instructors
- saw how 3D printing creates parts for aircraft
- got acquainted with robotics and the world of engineering
- looked into the areas of humanities and economics
And much more and interesting things.
