The ninth meeting of the interdepartmental seminar on problems of theoretical and experimental physics was held at the National Aerospace University “Kharkiv Aviation Institute”. This time, the participants discussed the issues of quantum models of matter, fundamental physical constants and the nature of the so-called “dark” mass.
The report was delivered by Professor of the Department of Aircraft and Helicopter Design of Kharkiv Aviation Institute, Doctor of Technical Sciences Viktor RYABKOV - a well-known scientist and long-time vice-rector of the university, who in different years headed the specialized academic council for the defense of doctoral dissertations and was one of the organizers of the training of specialists in the direction of “Aviation and Cosmonautics” in Ukraine.
During the seminar, Professor Viktor RYABKOV presented his own approaches to modeling quanta of matter, explained the features of their geometry and energy characteristics, and also shared the results of many years of research in the field of elementary particle theory. Special attention was paid to the issues of the Higgs boson, quantum entanglement, and modeling of the Dirac magnetic monopole.
Scientists from the V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University and the B. I. Verkin Institute of Low Temperature Physics and Engineering of the NAS of Ukraine joined the discussion. They noted the scale of the work carried out, shared their comments and recommendations for further development of research and presentation of results at the international level.
The seminar participants also thanked the leadership of KhAI for supporting fundamental science even in difficult times. And at the end of the event, the topics of the next meetings were announced - a new look at spectroscopy in the optical range and the nature of the photon.
