The KhAI Trade Union — reliability, care and real support!
Being part of the KhAI family means knowing that at any moment you will not be left alone with problems. The Trade Union Committee does a huge job: from protecting rights and participating in the formation of collective agreements to improving health and cultural leisure!
Only in the language of facts (for 01.01.2026 – 31.07.2026): Thanks to your membership fees, the Trade Union Committee sent about 360,000 UAH of assistance to 102 employees:
- 19 people — assistance due to damaged/lost housing as a result of shelling;
- 45 people — support for treatment and operations;
- 16 families — assistance in connection with the loss of loved ones;
- 22 people — support for widows/widowers, single mothers and workers in need.
Cultural life even in a frontline city! The Trade Union Committee also takes care of mental reset: a concert “Spring of Cosmic Love” by KhNATOB, poetry evenings and performances were organized. And, of course, we traditionally congratulate our anniversary people!
