A delegation of the National Aerospace University "KhAI" headed by rector Oleksii Lytvynov visited the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
During the meeting, they discussed the prospects for the development of cooperation between the world-famous Kharkiv Aviation Institute, which has educated many generations of aviators, and leading institutions of higher education in Azerbaijan.
The issues of implementation of joint educational and scientific projects, expansion of academic exchanges between students and teachers, as well as deepening of partnership in the field of aviation and aerospace technologies were separately touched upon. Agree on coordination of efforts and specific further steps to deepen Ukrainian-Azerbaijani educational and scientific cooperation.
The team of the National Aerospace University "KhAI" arrived in Azerbaijan to participate in the "Festival of Aerospace Modeling - 2026", which took place the other day on the territory of Fizuli International Airport and brought together representatives from different countries of the world.
According to the results of the Festival, Ukraine won 1st place in the nomination "For the best performance of aerobatic figures", demonstrating a high level of professional training, technical skill and creative approach. This victory was another proof of the high level of the Ukrainian engineering school and aviation education.
