On December 17, a delegation led by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Council, Tetyana Yehorova-Lutsenko, visited the National Aerospace University «Kharkiv Aviation Institute» in safe spaces. The visit was a great opportunity to demonstrate modern opportunities and innovative approaches that are actively implemented in the educational process of KhAI.
Guests were presented with the work of 3D printers, VR technologies, aviation simulators and robotic systems, which are used for practical training of students and modeling of realistic scenarios in a safe environment.
Particular attention was paid to the safe spaces of the department of general military training and the educational laboratory of basic general military training, which includes closed-type shooting ranges, the STEM laboratory of FPV «Interceptor», classes of pre-medical care, navigation and engineering training.
The «Program of civic resilience and youth safety for students of grades 9-11, which is implemented on the basis of KhAI in the format of practical weekend modules, was also presented.
In general, the visit demonstrated the potential of KhAI as a modern educational space where technology, security and practical experience are combined to form sustainable and responsible youth.
